The city’s revitalized downtown district is a historic centerpiece to a city that is home to a growing community of professional, retail and restaurant businesses.
The Downtown District is one of six New Hampshire Economic Revitalization Zones (ERZ) in the city, where new and expanding businesses may be eligible for tax credits. Additionally, downtown businesses may be eligible for grants and low interest loans when they invest in building and landscape improvements.
